IMPORTANT: Two actions are required from you for this to be a smooth transition. Prior to August 13, you will want to export your contacts and note your criteria of current saved searches from Rapattoni and make sure to add them to Matrix.

IMPORTANT: Two actions are required for a smooth transition
Prior to August 13, you will want to export your contacts and note your criteria of current saved searches from Rapattoni and make sure to add them to Matrix.
- Select Contacts/Prospects button at the top menu bar.
- Choose the Exports button next to Contacts.
- Save your file.
- Open your saved file and make sure to update the field names at the top of your list to match those in Matrix. There are only 3 fields that will need to be updated:
name_first; name_last: email1 - To import these records, access Matrix MLS and choose My Matrix at the top of the menu bar.
- Choose Import on the top right side.
- One last step, make sure to review and recreate your Rapattoni Saved Searches and ADD them to Matrix manually.
