What's New?

This new interface was updated to make the use of main options more convenient. NOW AVAILABLE on the left panel for quick and easy access, making it easier to jump to different types of searches, get additional information, see searches and property reports directly from the home page.

Quick Search: Search for properties by exact location or address. IMAPP autosuggests cities and addresses while the user is typing.
Map Browse: Now the user can work with full page map search separately, focusing on location and area analysis. Features include properties overlays flags, layers, and map types, zoom in/out, highlighting, pointing and selecting for new search tools.
Reports: The reports option gives an access to IMAPP data sources overview. The Data Coverage Map report presents type of data, its description, the information for which counties this data was updated; the map, which visualizes the coverage of the data.
Bookmarks: Feature to open saved properties pop-up and re-open saved information in IMAPP. Saved Properties includes 3 types of saved data: bookmarks, history and searches.
– Bookmarks include saved Subject Property and Comparable Property Reports
– History includes all logged operations in IMAPP (each line is clickable)
– Searches include the list of searches with their parameters which were added to “My Saved Searches”
History: History presents all logged activity completed by the User in iMapp. Each record is clickable, so the User can re-run the search or open property report again by clicking on the record in the list.
Account Settings: The login details option was extended to full-fledged account settings. Main features include:
– checking and changing personal details, including name, email, logo, access to system setting under “settings” tab
– adding new tags for bookmarks via “tags” tab
– adding contact in “contacts” section
Notifications: Receive alerts for IMAPP events, including new feature announcements, tips, training and new data.
Mobile Interface: New responsive interface allows users on mobile phone to quickly and easily access IMAPP reports and location area maps from an immersive mobile responsive interface that syncs all usage with IMAPP desktop history/settings.

To toggle to IMAPP New Release Version in the platform,
1. Use the bar on the top of the IMAPP page “You now have access to beta version of the new IMAPP. Click help to opt into testing.”
2. Select “Use Beta Version”.

To toggle back to IMAPP Classic in the platform,
1. Use the Settings button in the upper right side of the IMAPP page.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings Popup, then Select Settings and System Defaults.
3. Click on the “Revert to Using Old System”.
4. Click on the “Use Release Version” to use new interface.

Tech Support - Browser Specific and Screen Resolution Issues

The IMAPP application runs in most modern, industry standard web browsers. There can be some issues that could interfere with some aspect of the application.

Some browsers include additional settings to limit trackers and other web features. These features may interfere with some IMAPP functionality, in particular the on-screen help system, which requires “tracking” what part of the IMAPP page you are on to load customized suggestions.

In particular, some versions of Microsoft Edge browser may require you to adjust your settings to “Balanced” instead of “Strict” to allow for the Help system to work. Other Browser may have comparable settings you can adjust if you experience difficulties.
