**Form Simplicity and Florida Realtors® Services – Please be advised that your FAR services will be on a 60-day trial from your join date if you opt in for a payment plan. After the trial expires, your FAR services will be temporarily suspended until your current year FAR/NAR dues have been satisfied.
* Local and MLS fees above are prorated amounts from current month through June 30, 2025. **Florida Realtors® charges a $30.00 (2024) processing fee for new or reinstated members included in pricing above. The following payment plans are available for new/returning members.
Political contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are voluntary and are used for political purposes. The amounts indicated are merely guidelines and you may contribute more or less than the suggested amounts. The National Association of REALTORS® and its state and local associations will not favor or disadvantage any member because of the amount contributed or decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Your voluntary contribution may be shared among the MIAMI REALTORS®PAC and/or affiliated organizations to support state and local political candidates, and a portion may go towards the National Association of REALTORS®’Political Advocacy Fund (PAF) to use for other related federal political purposes. You may learn the portion of your contribution provided to each of these entities by emailing info@miamire.com, or as published by the Miami Association of REALTORS®. Dues payments are not deductible as charitable contributions. Such payments may, however, be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Portions of your dues used for lobbying purposes that are not deductible on federal income tax returns are: MIAMI (2%), Florida Realtors® (24%) of $146 dues amount and National Association of Realtors® (42%) of $120 dues amount.
NOTE: Reinstating members who have not paid FAR and NAR dues from the previous year do not qualify for a prorated rate in the current year.
