Visión general
Este curso consiste en una mirada detallada a los diferentes métodos de prospección para los vendedores asociados. Un enfoque paso a paso para construir varias bases de datos de prospección, seleccionar y construir un área de granja, correo directo, escribir copias publicitarias y el uso de colores que en marketing y prospección son fundamentales para el plan de estudio central. El uso de las redes sociales y sus diversos aspectos en la prospección también se cubren junto con conceptos motivacionales para el profesional de bienes raíces.
Objetivos del curso:
Al final de este curso, el estudiante será capaz de:
•Tener una comprensión clara de varios conceptos de prospección
•Describir métodos para desarrollar una actitud profesional
•Explicar ‘esfera de influencia’
•Explicar ‘área de granja’ (farming)
•Explicar la importancia de construir una base de datos

•Describir un enfoque profesional al ponerse en contacto con una FSBO.
•Describir ‘push marketing’ vs ‘pull marketing’
•Explicar cómo puede usar un blog para llegar y / o educar a su cliente

•Enumerar los elementos para una relación de trabajo exitosa con los vendedores
