This course must be taken whether you are an “active” or “inactive” licensees. There is no final examination.
Course includes:
3hr Ethis and Professional Business Practices – 1st day 9am to 12pm by Richard Burch
3hr Commercial Core Law – 1st day 1pm to 4pm by Jose M Serrano
8hrs of Commercial Investment Analysis – 2nd day 9am to 4pm by Jose M Serrano
The 14hr continuing education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 8 Hour Specialty Credits you need to only take the 3 Hour Core Law and 3 Hours of Ethis and Professional Business Practices. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate License.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. CE credit will not be awarded if arrival and check-in are not complete by 10:40am No exceptions. Please allow adequate commute time.
2. Check in with MIAMI staff and sign morning and afternoon attendance sheets.
3. FREC requires a licensee attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class.
