This course must be taken whether you are an “active” or “inactive” licensees. There is no final examination.
Course includes: 3 hours of Core Law (Mandatory)
The 14hr. Continuing Education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 8 Specialty Credits, you need to only take the 3hr. Core Law and 3 hours of the Ethics and Professional Business Practices. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate Licenses.

It is your responsibility to remember to sign in and out as attendance is monitored and recorded for continuing education credit qualification. Failure to comply with this requirement can and will result in non-accreditation
