14hr. Continuing Education
IN-Person: Space is Limited, must be registered to attend. Masks are required!
This course must be taken whether you are an “active” or “inactive” licensees. There is no final examination.
Course includes: 8 hours of Specialty Credit, 3 hours of Core Law (mandatory), and 3 hours of Ethics and Professional Business Practices (mandatory)
The 14hr. Continuing Education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 8 Specialty Credits, you need to only take the 3hr. Core Law and 3 hours of the Ethics and Professional Business Practices. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate License.
