ZOOM: Miami Commercial Marketplace

Thursday, September 26th from 9am to 10:30am
 
In Miami-Dade, buildings must undergo a 30-year recertification (previously 40 years) to ensure structural and electrical safety. This applies to commercial buildings over 2,000 square feet and those three stories or higher. Coastal buildings require recertification after 25 years. Single-family homes, duplexes, and buildings under 2,000 square feet or with 10 or fewer occupants are exempt. After the initial inspection, buildings must be recertified every 10 years.

The Commercial Marketplace is typically once a month in both Miami and Broward, and we will continue to host Global Marketplaces. Make sure that you check the calendar for dates, times, and locations.
