This class picks up where ACE Investment 3 left off. We take a deeper dive into the numbers to see how borrowed money really affects the customers rate of return. We look at the tax benefits and calculate what those benefits mean to our investors. This is the class that will give you the best understanding of how money is made in real estate and how to show the true value of the properties your customer is considering. This knowledge will assure you a seat at the table even when dealing with the savviest of investors.
