A Zoning Hearing is required whenever a property owner or lessee desires to change the use of land. The request is made by applying for a public zoning hearing. Zoning Hearings are required for approval of all new proposals, and all development plans for a proposed structure that have been disapproved by staff. The City of Miami, Miami Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources and/or Broward County. As well as municipalities in the Tri-County area, determine whether or not present zoning regulations allow for certain uses or development proposals.
This important workshop is a must for any CRE Agent, as it will take you in a visual informational presentation of the required process. Zoning Hearings periodically become the focal point in a CRE transaction. It can and will determine if the property is suitable to the client for its intended use, and if will be purchased or sold, whether representing the Buyer and/or Seller. The Workshop will take you through this most important process.
