(HQ) ABR: Accredited Buyer Representation in Spanish – 8CE

October 30th to October 31st from 9am to 5pm

An Accredited Buyers Representative stands out in the crowd.  Establish a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help you succeed as a buyers representative.

BECOME AN ABR® DESIGNEE 
To obtain and use the ABR® designation, you must complete all four (4) requirements:
1. Successful completion of the 2-day Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation course, including an 80% passing grade on the exam. After you complete this course you will have 3 years to complete the other ABR® designation requirements.
2. Successful completion of one of the ABR® elective courses. This course may be taken before completing the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation course.
3. Five (5) completed transactions in which you acted solely as a buyers representative (no dual agency). Any transactions closed before taking the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation course or closed within 3 years after completing the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation course are eligible for credit.
4. Maintain active and good membership status in the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) and the National Association of REALTORS®. Exception: International members of REBAC do not have to be members of NAR. 


Annual student designation fees are as follows:
 – 1st year free.
 – 2nd year is prorated depending on when the course was taken.
 – 3rd year $110 with a 5% discount if paid online before the end of the year.
