CIPS: Global Real Estate: Local Markets is a Pre-Requisite – must be taken prior to taking any other CIPS courses.
This course offers you practical information on working with Caribbean, North, Central, and South American investors. Historical and cultural influence, regional relationship, and investment opportunities are covered along with a special focus on Mexico.
This course is approved for 7hrs. of Continuing Education. Florida rules requires that we monitor attendance and we cannot issue credit for less than the number of approved hours.
CIPS -Global Real Estate: Local Markets (Pre-Requisite) must be taken before any other CIPS courses.
