The Architect Behind Apple’s Iconic Glass Stores Designed This Minimalist Miami Beach House

This contemporary house on Miami’s San Marino Island has 105 feet of water frontage and open bay views. It has a dock and jetty, an elevated, glass-fronted lap pool and nestles within a tropical garden.
The glass house was designed for a semi-retired couple by architect Peter Bohlin, whose firm, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, designed Apple’s well-known glass-cube storefronts. It shares their minimalist look but has fun elements mixed in—think California Zen-style meets Miami party house.

Location:  San Marino Island, Miami Beach, Florida

Price:  US$19.9 million
