Instructor: Craig Grant
In the past 20 years, nothing has changed society and consumers more than social media.
In this session, we will explore how a real estate practitioner can utilize social media to foster trust and relationships, build digital communities, and generate business, and most importantly develop an actionable content & time management game plan to ensure they can have success in just a few minutes a day.
Each attendee will gain a roadmap to follow to create their Social Object (to ensure they understand the basics of social media and have a game plan going into it) & Social Contract (to ensure their online actions don’t get them into potentially negative situations that could impact their business & maintain compliance).
Plus we will provide an overview of each major social media network (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Nextdoor, and more) so that each attendee can choose the site(s) that best fits their personal needs and time availability.
We will also explore the laws and policies related to social media to further ensure they maintain compliance while building their social media business.
