MLS Briefing: Matrix Tabular Report

Hello Miami Realtors and welcome to your MLS briefing!

  1. Visit MIAMI Realtors.com and login to your MIAMI Gateway
  2. Select Matrix from your Gateway dashboard
  3. Select market reports, on demand reports, and then tabular stats report.
  4. Enter the criteria to generate the report and you now have the high, low, average, median list price, lp/sqft. Sell price, sp/lp. And DOM.
