MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2025 Broward-MIAMI President Larry Singh, SFR, C2EX, AHWD, ABR at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 7 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

Singh is the district manager of the Boca Raton office of Canvas Real Estate.
Larry Singh is a seasoned real estate executive with over a decade of experience spanning asset management, market analytics, and team development. With a career rooted in strategic expertise, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the real estate landscape, overseeing diverse portfolios that include stabilized properties, ground-up developments, and redevelopment projects.
Larry’s professional journey began with 13 impactful years at the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office, where he developed a deep understanding of market analysis, property valuation, and compliance. This foundational experience honed his ability to navigate complex market conditions, preparing him for leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.
Rooted in values of hard work and entrepreneurship, Larry grew up in a household shaped by his father’s entrepreneurial spirit and his mother’s nurturing presence. These early influences instilled in him a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to creating opportunities for others.
Larry is married to Nalini Singh, the Senior Vice President of Operations for CLA Title & Escrow and a highly accomplished real estate attorney. Together, they are raising two sons. His personal life mirrors his professional commitment: a deep respect for legacy and a drive to forge a brighter future.
Throughout his career, Larry has consistently delivered results, from expanding the footprint of Canvas Real Estate in Boca Raton and increasing sales volume to introducing innovative systems and processes during his tenure with the Seminole Tribe of Florida. His leadership style focuses on empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence.
As an active member of the real estate community, Larry serves as the 2025 President of the Broward-Miami Board of Realtors and a Director for the Florida Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors sitting on multiple committees, where he champions inclusivity and innovation.
