MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2025 Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound MIAMI (JTHS-MIAMI) President Ginenne Boehm, ABR, C2EX, CIPS, CRS, GRI, MPR, PMN, AHWD at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 7 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
“This isn’t just about real estate—it’s about strengthening our communities, advocating for housing affordability, and making a lasting impact,” Boehm said. “We are more than Realtors; we are champions for the American dream. Advocacy, education, and technology are the tools that empower us. We fight for policies that protect our industry, equip ourselves with knowledge, and embrace technology to work smarter.”
The JTHS-MIAMI Board of Governors are the think tank, brain trust and expert resource for Realtors in Palm Beach and Martin counties. The Governors identify and monitor threats, opportunities and solutions based on the issues and challenges facing JTHS-MIAMI members on a day-to-day basis.

Boehm is a REALTOR® in the Stuart office of The Keyes Company.
She has been in the real estate industry for 28+ years. Prior to real estate, Boehm was a marketing representative for 20 years with one of the world’s largest oil companies. The knowledge and experience she gained in the oil industry has allowed her to make a smooth transition into real estate.
Boehm is a member of several organizations and associations: National Association of Realtors, Realtor Political Action Committee-RPAC Major Investor, Florida Realtors Association –Board of Directors & Florida Realtors Honor Society, Miami Association of Realtors-Board of Directors, Realtor Advocate for the Miami Association of Realtors.
Boehm received the Advocate of the Year Award in 2012, and was appointed to the National Association of Realtors leadership special task force-Consumer Outreach Program (COP), 2011 DVP Florida Women’s Council of Realtors, 2010 President Women’s Council of Realtors-North Broward.
