Statewide Reciprocal Information

Welcome to the MIAMIs Multiple Listing Service.

MIAMI will accept listings from non-member REALTORS® in good standing with other Florida MLSs that are a signatory to the FAR Statewide Reciprocal Agreement.

The documents below are required for agents outside of MIAMI who would like to participate with a reciprocal agreement for the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, MLS.

Forms Required for Reciprocal

Note – Forms required to join must include a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association or MLS and a copy of your Real Estate License.

Reciprocal Information

The following documents are needed in order to process your reciprocal.

  • Listing agreement
  • Up to 35 images of the property (JPG format – Resolution 1024×76 – sent via email)
  • Please submit a copy of the remarks as a Microsoft Word document.
  • Payment in the amount of $200.00 (credit or debt card only).
  • Submit when completed to Michael@miamire.com
