(SEB) Working with Financially Distressed Homeowners – 3 CE

This course is approved for 3 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.  Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.

Attendees will learn how to expand their service offerings by working with financially distressed homeowners, helping them avoid foreclosure with a short sale of their property when the market value is less than what is owed on the mortgage.

Attendees will also learn about the Florida foreclosure process, learn the benefits of a short sale for a property owner, and learn how to successfully market and close short sale properties.
