Throughout this course, participants will dive into important topics surrounding property inspections, tailored to Florida’s climate and unique concerns. You will gain comprehensive insights into Florida’s weather patterns and prevalent inspection considerations. Additionally, you will improve how to recommend vendors without compromising choice. The course will cover services that fall beyond the scope of standard home inspections. With a particular focus on mold, you will learn about its nature, its potential health implications, and methods for mold testing. Dive into the particulars of mold evaluation, including common errors and how to interpret laboratory results. Recognize the circumstances that necessitate the involvement of a mold remediator and contrast with methods for small-scale mold remediation. Furthermore, realtors will understand when mold sampling is recommended, identify critical mold-prone areas, and gain insights into best practices for mold remediation. By the course’s conclusion, realtors will gain skills that are important to navigating and closing deals with the presence of mold.
