(SEB): The ACE Negotiator 3: Body Language & Negotiations – 4 CE

This course is approved for 4 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.  Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.

The biggest problem that new (and even experienced) real estate agents face is getting listings. Getting sellers to list with you instead of buyers to list with you guarantees you get a commission if the property sells.

As we face record low inventory levels, it’s more important than ever to be focused on winning more listings. We know that’s the goal, but figuring out how to get there is often the hardest part.

If you’ve ever felt stalled trying to generate more listings, this class will teach the things you need to know to jump your listing business up to the next level. How to prospect for the listing, prep for the meeting and set yourself up to get your listing agreements signed. We use real properties and real exercises to set prices and get past the nervousness to close the deal. We will show agents proven, highly effective, low pressure means of getting your paperwork signed and leaving your customer with a smile on their face when your deal is done.
