This course must be taken whether you are an “active” or “inactive” licensees. There is no final examination.
Course includes: 8 hours of Specialty Credits (includes Fair Housing), 3 hours of Core Law (Mandatory), and 3 hours of Ethics and Professional Business Practices (Mandatory)
The 14hr. Continuing Education course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 8 Specialty Credits, you need to only take the 3hr. Core Law and 3 hours of the Ethics and Professional Business Practices. License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate Licenses.
