MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2024 MIAMI Young Professionals Network (MIAMI YPN) President Dania Diaz, TRC, MRP, CNE, C2EX, PSA, CRS at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 2 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
“We are the future of this association, and it is our top priority to continue to provide robust education, professional awareness, and community events to help every young professional be the best Realtor they can be,” Diaz said. “I am excited for the continued growth of our global network and am looking forward to creating more synergy with YPN’s all over the world.
MIAMI YPN, a two-time winner of the National Association of Realtors’ Top YPN Network award, provides value and mentorship to young Realtors unlike any other Realtor group in the U.S. MIAMI YPN has won NAR’s Top YPN Network two times (2017, 2021) and was the starting place for leadership for the 2022 Florida Realtors President Christina Pappas and 2024 Florida Realtors Secretary Jorge Guerra Jr. – two longtime MIAMI leaders and former MIAMI YPN Presidents.

She has been licensed since 2004 and has been with RE/MAX Advance Realty since 2013. Currently serving as The Miami Association of Realtors’ YPN President, Florida State Director on YPN & Global Committees, NAR Director on the Global Committee & serving in leadership capacities for over a decade.
She has instructed many well-attended classes for the board as well as presented at our District 4 conferences. Her most acclaimed presentations have been at The RE/MAX Global Conference/ R4 as a speaker in Las Vegas and at the Southeast Regional conference as a panelist.
