MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2023 MIAMI Residential President Eddie Blanco at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 3 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

 

“I am honored to have been selected as the 2023 residential president of the MIAMI Association of Realtors,” Blanco said. “I look forward to working with my esteemed MIAMI residential board to support sustainable growth, development of our local communities and to promote diversity and inclusion in the real estate profession.”

 

The Residential Board of MIAMI is dedicated to leadership in the industry, the real estate profession, and the communities it serves. They analyze information, are actively and visibly involved in events and programming, and promote Miami and South Florida worldwide. The association represents about 60,000 residential, commercial, and international real estate professionals.

 

New MIAMI Residential President Founded NAHREP’s South Florida Chapter

Blanco is the broker and owner of Stratwell, which has offices in Miami and Naples.

 

Eddie, a first-generation Cuban immigrant, was born and raised in Miami.

 

He served as the founding president of the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). NAHREP is the nation’s largest Hispanic business organization with over 40,000 members and 100 local chapters.

 

Blanco currently serves as a Director for the Florida Association of Realtors and a Director at the National Association of Realtors.

 

He has a deep love for the Miami area, including its weather, diversity, and excellent fishing opportunities.

 

In addition to his successful career in real estate, Eddie is highly involved in his community. He is the former Chairman of the Miami Lakes Economic Development Committee, a football coach, and a father of four. He currently resides in Miami Lakes and is an expert on local real estate and fishing opportunities.

 

Blanco is committed to serving as a reliable and accountable resource for his clients and friends. He is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry and supporting sustainable growth and development of local communities.
