Colombia Again No. 1 Global Country Searching for Miami Real Estate

MIAMI — Colombia posted the most global web searches for Miami homes in June 2022, according to a new report by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI). Colombia has now topped the list of foreign countries searching for Miami real estate for four consecutive months as South Florida continues to see surging global buyer demand with pandemic-related protocols relaxing and unstable political situations developing around the world.

“Miami is a special play to live, work and play,” MIAMI Chairman of the Board Fernando Arencibia Jr. said. “It is no wonder that Time Magazine has nicknamed Miami as one of the World’s Greatest Places of 2022. Our robust and dynamic real estate market continues to attract international attention from a diversified list of countries that span the globe.”

Colombia accounted for 13.02% of all international searches on MiamiRealtors.com in June 2022, an increase from the country’s 12.34% search total in May 2022. Homebuyers from more than 160 countries search MiamiRealtors.com each month.
