MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of REALTORS (MIAMI) has launched a new, multilingual consumer property search, www.sfpropertysearch.com, with the most up-to-date source of South Florida listings to help home buyers and commercial investors find the properties they are searching for without being distracted by advertising.
With more than 25,000 listings and counting from the MIAMI MLS (Multiple Listing Service), the 5th-largest in the U.S., it is now easy for consumers to find houses, condominiums, rentals, and commercial properties for sale and for lease in South Florida and around the world.
“MIAMI Realtors is always looking for ways to help consumers in the homebuying process while also expanding the national and global reach of our members’ listings, and we have accomplished that with our new, user-friendly consumer property search: SFpropertysearch.com,” MIAMI CEO Teresa King Kinney said.
This new consumer site was the result of partnership between MIAMI and Collabra Technology, a real estate technology firm that provides enterprise solutions to multiple listing services and REALTOR associations.
Consumers now have a straightforward way to search for Miami real estate and connect with listing agents at the same time. Languages available are English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Listings on SFpropertysearch.com feature the listing agent’s name, photo, email, phone number, social media handles, address and more.
Consumers can contact the listing agent with the touch of a button through the search engine or send them a quick message. All leads through SFpropertysearch.com go back directly to the listing agent.
SFpropertysearch.com lets consumers search for their home or next commercial property by using the No. 1 source: the MIAMI MLS.
Search for properties by location, price, and property type.
