MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of REALTORS (MIAMI) has upgraded its partnership and integration with MLS Offers to empower its members with even more robust offer management technology so they can better serve their clients and manage their offers. In today’s record-setting sales and multiple-offer market, it’s paramount for all members to have a transparent and agent-friendly offer management system. This upgraded partnership means the process of buying or selling a home with a MIAMI Realtor will be an even more efficient process.
“We are excited to continue our commitment to bring the best tools and services to our MIAMI members by providing MLS Offers to all members for all their transactions,” MIAMI Realtors CEO Teresa King Kinney said.
This upgrade makes MLS Offers’ patented technology the default method of offer submission and negotiation for every MIAMI member listing.
MIAMI 52,000 members now have an active MLS Offers account and every listing added to the MLS now defaults to requiring buyer agents to submit their offers digitally through the MLS Offers platform. Additionally, MIAMI members will have the ability to login to MLS Offers directly from the MLS through a single-sign-on integration. For more info: www.miamirealtors.com/mlsoffers
MIAMI Members to Better Serve Homebuying and Selling Public with Upgraded Partnership
MLS Offers, an industry-leading offer management platform, facilitates an agent-friendly online offer submission process and the subsequent sharing of all offer terms, documents, and back-and-forth correspondence between agents in an organized online environment.
Buyer agents can view their offer status and even amend their offer at any time. Listing agents can provide offer instructions, easily compare offers, reply to multiple agents at once, request highest and best and even create detailed offer reports for their sellers.
All communication between the parties is logged and time and date stamped, creating a transparent audit trail that all parties appreciate. MLS Offers eliminates the risk of missed offers, messages or documents due to cluttered inboxes or emails going to spam. Managing all offers online in one central location also allows for easy collaboration around offers among teams, especially those working virtually.
“I am extremely excited to be taking our partnership with MIAMI to the next level,” MLS Offers’ Founder and CEO Alan Fenn said. “This upgrade gives all their members a seamless offer process, regardless of what side of the transaction they are on. I believe our patented process will soon become the industry standard for agent-to-agent offer communication and this partnership moves us closer to that becoming a reality.”
