Palm Beach mansion flipped for 36% gain in 7 months

A Palm Beach mansion sold for $11.5 million, a gain of 36% in the seven months since its last sale. Built on the 0.33-acre site in 2019, the home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a balcony, a library/den, a loggia and a pool. It is two blocks north of Mar-a-Lago. The home last traded for $8.42 million in October 2020.
