For condos/townhouses in Palm Beach, sales surged 27.8% to 1,639 while the median sales price was up 23.1% to $245,000. Sales of unit for over $1 million were up 74%. Active listings were down 37%, so the supply of inventory at the current sales pace dropped to 3.4 months. That’s a seller’s market.
