Miami, FL – The 29,000-member MIAMI Association of REALTORS (MIAMI), Cervera Real Estate, and The Crimson are pleased to present the South Florida Developer Showcase on August 2 at Jungle Island. The New Construction Event of the Year will feature the latest information on the pre-construction boom and present an overview of the hottest new developments and neighborhoods, lifestyles and brands.

MIAMI Chief Executive Officer Teresa King Kinney emphasized the importance of this event for developers, Realtors, and the South Florida real estate market at a time when record demand and very tight supply are creating record-breaking sales.

“The Developer Showcase will help our members learn everything they need to know about the current new construction market,” said MIAMI Chief Executive Officer Teresa King Kinney.  “This event will bring Realtors and developers together, will increase inventory for Realtors, and will generate more business for the South Florida real estate market.”

Developers will present their projects, while experts discuss market trends, international markets, new construction “neighborhoods,” and how this boom differs from the last. The Showcase will feature an expo highlighting projects and developments.  MIAMI will also announce the latest new construction initiatives, tools, and services available for MIAMI Members to better serve clients looking to purchase newly built properties, including CraneSpotters.com.
