The Realtors® Commercial Alliance of MIAMI (RCA MIAMI) has elected Betty B. Gonzalez, CCIM, The Keyes Company, its 2011 President. She and the entire Board of Directors were installed on October 15 at the Annual Installation Luncheon at Jungle Island in Miami. The RCA MIAMI Board is dedicated to leadership in the commercial industry, the real estate profession, and the communities they serve. RCA MIAMI Leaders impact key policy decisions and important issues affecting the commercial industry, analyze information, and are actively and visibly involved in events and programming.
“I am honored to lead RCA Miami, impacting the commercial industry in South Florida,” said Gonzalez. “The strength of the association reflects the ability of its members to succeed in an uncertain market and therefore to better serve their clients.”
Gonzalez, who is the Assistant Sales Manager of the Keyes Commercial Sales Division, is an active commercial leader committed to excellence in the commercial real estate industry. She is a National Association of REALTORS and Florida REALTORS director and serves on the Grievance Committee for the (RCA) Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Miami Association of Realtors. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a graduate of the University of Miami.
Gonzalez was recognized by the MIAMI Association of REALTORS as the 2007 Commercial Realtor of the Year and received the 2008 National Award for outstanding Achievement in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
John Dohm, SIOR, CCIM, CFP, Terra Vista Realty, LLC will serve as President-Elect of RCA MIAMI.
