Participants will learn what a HUD Home is and gain an understanding of the key players involved, including the Asset Manager and the Selling Agent. The session will cover essential topics such as the role of the NAID number, who is eligible to purchase a HUD Home, and how to determine if a property is available for bidding. Additionally, the course will explore financing options, the process for submitting bids, and the closing costs that may be covered by HUD.
