Attorneys Mac Ross and Erin Miller will engage in a friendly debate to highlight what happens behind the scenes when attorneys are engaged in a real estate transaction. They will share common contract missteps, client concerns, and how they overcome legal issues, while dispelling the myth that attorneys are deal-killers. Through a series of hypotheticals from contract execution through closing, learn best practices to ensure your deal reaches the closing table.
