PBC Planning & Zoning REALTOR Forum: Land Development, Permitting, and Subdivisions

The Land Development Division oversees the County’s subdivision process, right-of-way permitting and work with PZB on many different types of applications. This presentation will provide the attendees an overview of the subdivision processes we oversee and what happens when someone subdivides without going through one of our subdivision processes. The presentation will include the Unified Land Development Code Article 11 definition of a Legal Lot of Record and how to request a Legal Lot Review.
