Successful real estate marketing always looks to the consumer’s wants and needs. But beware – don’t overstep the bounds of fair housing by advertising or otherwise acting in a manner that is prohibited under fair housing laws. These laws are designed to give all citizens the right to live where they choose without arbitrary rejection based on race, color, religion or any other legally protected status. This course will answer the most popular question about fair housing laws as they pertain to real estate professionals.
