Distressed sales are never easy. As the name implies someone is usually in distress. In this class, you learn how to work these deals without you becoming the one in distress. While the volume of distressed sales tends to rise and fall with the market, they never really go away. They are not just the traditional foreclosures and short sales most people tend to think of but also divorces, estates, and when the kids want to sell the home to put mom or dad in a home. All of these things require additional skills to handle in a way that makes your deal more likely to close and you are less likely to need medication.
