The ability of a real estate professional to speak about the current situation in the market is critical to help clients understand the market and to properly position their business for where the market is going. In addition, the ability to do this helps agents build the credibility and trust they need to develop customers who are loyal and committed to working with them and no one else.
In this class, we address the market as it stands today, and look at what the data says as to where its going. We look at what makes a market move and how to identify those factors so that we can assess the national market and show the agents how to take those same skills and apply it to diagnose the state of their state and local markets. Agents will learn to look at more than just interest rates, but also what drives them. They will look at the indicators of consumer demand, inflation, wages, consumer confidence, etc. and learn what that all means for home buyers, sellers, and investors. We will discuss real estate’s tremendous strength not just as a hedge against inflation but also how it can even build wealth in markets that are hard to do so in.
Agents walk out of this class not only understanding real estate markets better, but also how to explain it to their customers. This allows the customer to see the agent as someone capable of helping them to avoid mistakes and to protect the money they worked so hard to earn.
