WHAT IS DISC?

DISC is a personal assessment tool. Learn how to leverage your DISC profile to establish better connections. The DISC profile is not a personality test but rather an assessment of your communication behaviors.

All DISC styles provide equal value and are measured as Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness – this makes up the DISC model.

DISC profiles help individuals to:

·        Increase self-awareness and understanding of your communication preferences.

·        Develop skills to increase your influence.

·        Build sales skills by identifying and responding to customer communications styles.

·        Manage more effectively by understanding what motivates and stresses customers.
