Course Description: This program is designed to provide the candidate with an understanding of the implications and challenges of how a divorce settlement agreement involving real estate, spousal support, child support, etc. are affected by the financial challenges and requirements as related to real estate in a divorce situation. The candidate will, in a two-hour segment, cover the elements of the various puzzle pieces in a divorce situation and providing a better understanding of successfully working with divorcing clients.
