Broward County

Broward sales of condos/townhouses increased 44.1% to 2,151 while the median sales price grew 16.7% to $210,000. For units of more than $1 million, sales more than tripled with a 220% increase. Active listings were down 31%, so the supply of inventory at the current sales pace dropped to 4.1 months. That’s a seller’s market.
