Broker Post-License Course Description
The Broker Post-License program consists of two 30-hour courses, totaling 60 hours of mandatory post-license education required for Florida brokers.
Part One: Management (MCRTC)
This comprehensive real estate brokerage management course provides an application-oriented approach designed to help brokers become more effective managers, leaders, and communicators. Topics include emerging professional development trends, such as formal mentoring and cross-training programs, as well as recent developments in civil procedures, RESPA compliance, antitrust regulations, and employment law.

Class Dates:
- Wednesday, October 14, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, October 15, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, October 16, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Course Fee: $175.00 (includes course materials)
Part Two: Investment (Online)
The second 30-hour course fulfills the investment portion of the Broker Post-License requirement and is completed online through Gateway School of Real Estate.
