MIAMI — MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld and Gold Coast Schools, a leading Florida real estate education provider with more than 55 years of experience, today announced an education partnership that expands member access to licensing and continuing education.
“Our already robust Realtor education just got significantly stronger,” MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld Co-CEO Teresa King Kinney said. “Our 94,000 members now have access to discounted rates on Gold Coast’s Florida pre-licensing course, one of the state’s most popular real estate education programs. Through the partnership, MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld members can access Gold Coast Schools’ Florida course catalog through a dedicated referral portal. Courses span pre-licensing, post-licensing, continuing education, broker education, and professional development, and are delivered in the classroom, by livestream, and fully online.

The first member-focused educational initiatives launch this fall. The organizations will collaborate on ongoing educational initiatives and member-focused promotions, working directly with practitioners to identify emerging needs and turn them into programming quickly, rather than waiting for a catalog cycle to catch up.

The partnership offers in-person, livestream, and online self-paced classes.
