  3. Review a Listing’s Legal Description, SqFt (liv), SqFt (adj), Tot SqFt, Folio #, Subdivision #, Zoning, Lot SF, & Flood Zone,
  4. The Currency Symbol seen indicates tax information was entered directly from the tax service when entering the listing!
