MLS Briefing Week 67

Hello Miami Realtors and welcome to your MLS briefing!

  1. Visit MIAMI Realtors.com and login to your MIAMI Gateway

2. Select Matrix from your Gateway dashboard

3. Select your listing to change the status, click to edit, and select Change to Active with Contract, Pending, Rented or Sold.

4. Select to Find a Selling Agent – Enter the agent ID, First or Last name to search click to fill from the result, and the agent information is complete.

Tip – If you are the listing agent working with another agent – the selling agent is the other agent.
