Delegates from 18 Countries Confirmed for MIAMI Global Real Estate Congress; New Delegations Being Added

MIAMI — Delegates from 18 foreign countries have confirmed their participation for the 27th MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI) Global Real Estate Congress on Nov. 3-5 at MIAMI REALTORS®’ Global HQ. MIAMI will announce more participating countries soon as it prepares to host the international real estate event of the year, attended by more than 200 real estate professionals.

 

“MIAMI REALTORS® is honored to once again bring together our distinguished international partners and leading South Florida real estate professionals,” MIAMI Chairman of the Board Gus Fonte said. “For the first time, this award-winning event will be held at our new state-of-the-art global headquarters that opened earlier this year. Let’s learn from each other, advance our craft and collaborate on future endeavors worldwide.”

 

18 Foreign Countries Set to Participate in the 2024 MIAMI Global Real Estate Congress

Canada, Brazil, Spain, Peru, Bolivia, El Salvador, Nigeria, Panama, Puerto Rico, United Arab Emirates, France, Mongolia, India, Greece, Ecuador, Uruguay, Germany and Venezuela will be represented with delegates at the 2024 MIAMI Global Real Estate Congress. The real estate leaders will speak about the markets in their respective countries during a special international market briefings session on Sunday, Nov. 3.

 

There will be a special Global HQ grand opening ceremony and reception during Congress as well as a flag ceremony featuring all 18 countries. Delegates and guests will also engage in numerous MIAMI Congress presentations, luncheons, networking, panels, marketing sessions and more. MIAMI has official partnerships with 267 international organizations worldwide.

 

Some of the international delegates who are confirmed for the 2024 MIAMI Congress include: TRREB Associate CEO Kevin Crigger in Canada; Janet Tapia of ASPAI in Peru; CNIB Vice President Viviana Valdez in Bolivia; William Sanchez of ASAI in El Salvador; Adeniyi Tinubu of FIABCI-Nigeria; Jose and Alvaro Boyd of ACOBIR in Panama; Melissa Montero of Puerto Rico Association of Realtors; Dawood Al Shezawi of IPS in the United Arab Emirates; Abde Gacem of World Property Business Club in France; Real Estate Academy of Mongolia CEO Erkhembayar Turbat; Sam Chopra of NAR India; Alexandra Sekouri of the Hellenic Association of Realtors in Greece, Valentina Banchero of Uruguay, Tony Muci of CILA, Martin von Hauff of FIABCI and João Araujo Filho of Brazil.

 

 

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez Headlines MIAMI Congress

City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez will headline more than 20 powerful speakers addressing global real estate trends and opportunities.

 

 

Featured programming includes MIAMI CEO Teresa King Kinney revealing initial findings from the latest South Florida Profile of International Buyers, a survey conducted for MIAMI by NAR. The survey is the only study that annually tracks international real estate sales in South Florida. The presentation will include key statistics and trends on the top foreign countries purchasing Miami real estate.

 

South Florida is the top market for international buyers in the U.S., and MIAMI, the largest local Realtor association in the U.S., was the first association recognized by NAR with the Platinum Award for Global Achievement.
