Broward-MIAMI and JTHS-MIAMI are divisions of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®
Members of these leadership bodies serve as the think tank, brain trust, and expert resource relative to the business of the MIAMI Residential Board, BROWARD-MIAMI Board, the MIAMI Commercial Board, JTHS-MIAMI Board and the MIAMI Young Professionals Board (YPN). They identify and monitor threats, opportunities, and solutions to issues and challenges facing members. Nominating Committees will be meeting soon to choose a slate of officers and governors to present to the membership.
In addition, responsibilities include:
- Participation in the Annual Leadership Planning Conference October 29 & 30, 2024
- Attendance at mandatory quarterly Board Meetings in 2025
- Attendance at mandatory quarterly Zoom Leadership Briefings
- Attendance at the Inaugural, scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2025
- Support Association special events and activities
- Respond to every Call-To-Action and Text-To-Action from MIAMI, State and National
- Consider support of RPAC/PAF at $1,000 level investment and above
Friday, July 19 is the deadline to apply for one of our 2025 MIAMI Leadership Boards.
Note, Ambassador positions and action groups can be applied for up to 60 days later.
Note: Secondary Members of MIAMI REALTORS® may apply for and serve as Leaders, Ambassadors and/or Action Group members.

YPN Leadership Board of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® is comprised of young, career-minded real estate professionals who stay abreast of the latest education, tools, resources, and networking opportunities in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We are also looking for young professionals interested in becoming part of the MIAMI REALTORS YPN. The target age is 40 and under.

Ambassador Program
We are looking for enthusiastic members that want to be help be the face and voice of our Association in MIAMI and in BROWARD-MIAMI, JTHS-MIAMI, COMMERCIAL and YPN. We are also creating a new Affiliate Ambassador Program which is open only to our Affiliate Members. As a successful candidate, you would be involved in increasing awareness of the benefits of membership in our Association. Your representation in local events and activities as well as promoting your participation in them through various social media channels, will increase the visibility of our Association to the public and other Real Estate Professionals. As an Ambassador, you would work closely with our Volunteer Leadership and Staff Professionals to achieve our goals and objectives.
