MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2024 MIAMI Residential President Justine Jimenez Garcia at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 2 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
“With over 28 years in the business – including leadership roles in Florida Realtors, National Association of Realtors, NAHREP and our Association — I will protect our business and the dream of owning a home,” Jimenez Garcia said. “I will serve as your leader with a strong voice and dedication to provide our members with more business opportunities and to protect the business of real estate.
The Residential Board of MIAMI is dedicated to leadership in the industry, the real estate profession, and the communities it serves. They analyze information, are actively and visibly involved in events and programming, and promote Miami and South Florida worldwide. The association represents over 60,000 residential, commercial, and international real estate professionals.

Jimenez Garcia is the owner/broker of Countywide Properties ERA Powered. She founded Countywide properties in 1998.
Justine and her family immigrated from Cuba fleeing Castro’s communism in 1970.
She has owned and operated her company for the past 26 years managing residential and commercial properties throughout Florida.
As part of her leadership responsibilities, she has mentored real estate associates and young women from Miami Dade Community College.
Justine Jimenez Garcia was also proudly recognized in Housing Wire Magazine’s “2016 Women of Influence.”
She has volunteered her time to serve on many real estate organizations; including: 2015 Women’s Council of Realtors VP of Membership; 2017 First Women President of NAHREP South Florida; 2016-2024 Florida Realtors Director; 2018 Florida Leadership Academy Alumni; 2019-2021 Chair of The Force Council; 2019-2023 NAHREP National Coach; 2019-2023 NAHREP CBOG; 2020 NAHREP Certified 10 trainer; 2018, 2020-2022 Governor Miami Association of Realtors; and 2023-2024 NAR Director.
