MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) recently brought together the world’s top young real estate professionals for its first YPN Global Congress at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The Feb. 14 global summit, held in partnership with the International Property Show (IPS), featured presentations from industry leaders, global networking, YPN awards and new business for Miami and the Middle East.
“As a whole we need to always look at the future, its growth and potential,” said MIAMI YPN President Katherine Arteta, who served as the event’s MC. “We see our young professionals as the future and we are excited for this partnership with IPS and the continued success of both our organizations and the opportunities we can create together.”
YPN Global Congress attendees had free entrance to the International Property Show (IPS), the largest property sales platform in the Middle East, that preceded the YPN Global Congress at the same venue. More than 40 countries, 578 global investors, 96 exhibitors and 9,750 participants participated at IPS on Feb. 12-14, 2023.
“On behalf of the organizing committee of the International Property Show (IPS), I would like to sincerely thank (MIAMI) for your active participation in the recently concluded IPS 2023 in Dubai,” said IPS President Dawood Al Shezawi, who received the 2023 MIAMI Global Partner of the Year award. “In addition to formalizing our partnership during the signing of the memorandum of understanding, I greatly believe that the meetings and negotiations held during the event will promote stronger cooperation between your association and the IPS.”
IPS 2024 will be held Feb. 27-29, 2024 in Dubai. The second YPN Global Congress will be held in that timeframe. Access more info: www.ypncongress.com
