MIAMI Realtors Partners with City of Coral Gables to Boost Exposure of Commercial Listings

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors Commercial (MIAMI Commercial) has partnered with the City of Coral Gables to further boost the exposure of MIAMI Commercial listings. MIAMI Commercial, home to the only dedicated Commercial MLS in South Florida, now has more than 10 listing syndication partnerships that are creating major digital reach, increasing visibility for our members’ listings, and building more business for MIAMI members.


“MIAMI Realtors is committed to increasing the exposure of our members’ commercial MLS listings on strategic property platforms and now at the local city level,” 2022 MIAMI Commercial President Michael Hinton said. “We are thrilled to partner with the City of Coral Gables, a global city attracting major investment. We look forward to fostering more partnerships with other South Florida cities as we work to further boost MIAMI Commercial listings.”

The MIAMI-Coral Gables partnership adds to MIAMI Commercial’s growing list of global, national, and local syndication partners. No other South Florida association provides similar exposure for commercial listings.
