MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors Commercial (MIAMI Commercial) has partnered with the City of Coral Gables to further boost the exposure of MIAMI Commercial listings. MIAMI Commercial, home to the only dedicated Commercial MLS in South Florida, now has more than 10 listing syndication partnerships that are creating major digital reach, increasing visibility for our members’ listings, and building more business for MIAMI members.
“MIAMI Realtors is committed to increasing the exposure of our members’ commercial MLS listings on strategic property platforms and now at the local city level,” 2022 MIAMI Commercial President Michael Hinton said. “We are thrilled to partner with the City of Coral Gables, a global city attracting major investment. We look forward to fostering more partnerships with other South Florida cities as we work to further boost MIAMI Commercial listings.”
Coral Gables — home to many global developments, numerous foreign consulates, many multinational corporations, and a top-tier university in the University of Miami — now has a commercial properties search page on its official website where businesses, investors, developers and residents can search MIAMI Commercial MLS listings. The MIAMI-Coral Gables partnership adds to MIAMI Commercial’s growing list of global, national, and local syndication partners. No other South Florida association provides similar exposure for commercial listings.
Some of MIAMI Commercial’s other syndication partners include: the Beacon Council, RPR Commercial, Crexi, theimls.com and others. Our syndication also includes MIAMI Commercial’s own public portal, www.SFComSearch.com, which attracts investors and businesses from around the globe.
