Bill Mate Elected to Lead 2021 JTHS-MIAMI Realtors

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) has elected Bill Mate, C2EX, as its 2021 Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound-MIAMI (JTHS-MIAMI) president. He and the 2021 MIAMI leadership boards were installed March 25 at MIAMI’s 101 Inaugural Gala Reception at the Biltmore Hotel Country Club Courtyard.

 

“JTHS-MIAMI provides the perfect balance of hands-on customer service coupled with the reach and vision of a world-class, international association,” Mate said. “We have remodeled our JTHS-MIAMI office in Jupiter to better enrich the JTHS-MIAMI member experience. The 2021 JTHS-MIAMI leadership board looks forward to becoming a powerful voice for our members in Palm Beach and Martin counties and throughout South Florida.”

 

The JTHS-MIAMI Board of Governors will continue to pave the way for members throughout Palm Beach and Martin counties. These leaders are committed to maintain a strong presence within the business community as well as developing key relationship with representatives from our local government. One of this year’s primary goals is to increase and enhance our membership by showing the value proposition of being a JTHS-MIAMI member. In addition, our 2021 board will be focused on relevant issues in our industry such as affordable housing and REALTOR advocacy.

 

Mate is co-founder and Realtor associate at Paradise Real Estate International in Jupiter.

 

As a seasonal professional, Mate brings top expertise in assisting the Paradise REI sales team through coaching and mentoring of our associates to reach their full potential.

 

In 2017, Mate won the JTHS-MIAMI President’s Award. He also received the 2018 JTHS-MIAMI Realtor of the Year, presented on February 1, 2019.

 

Mate is also a director for Florida Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

 

Mate and his wife, Peggy, are from New Jersey, and they enjoy the Florida lifestyle, including tennis, golf and boating.

 

Mate has an MBA in marketing. Prior to moving to Florida, Mate held several executive positions in college education, government, and business organizations. He also served on several non-profit boards in the community.
